Man, i know, it shows that the professional skateboarders definitely dont think of their "job" as a job. They get up everyday and are happy to go to work!

- I'm a skateboarder, and I don't have to be good, I skate....cus I want to. And If you think I'm one of those girls who only likes skateboarding because Ryan Scheckler looks good in a pair of jeans and some shades, then you'd be mistaken. Skateboarding is my escape, escape from all things that leave me needing some air to breathe, and skateboarding is open air; freedom. It gives me a better look at the busy world, gives me a chance to slow it down a bit and enjoy it far more, for a lot longer. Anyways that's how I see skateboarding. I skate alone, I dont have a car either so actually progressing with my skateboarding is difficult because Im limited to what I have right now which isn't much, but that still hasn't stopped me. I dont really have anyone to skate with and sometimes I like it that way, it clears my mind and I think I concentrate a lot harder that way and I talk to myself an awful lot when Im on that battle ground.
- Interests
- GOD, Walkin and rollin, skatin and paintin, reading and writing and drawing. Taking pictures and plants. Hangin out with my best pal, my hetero-life mate. Playing Left 4 Dead and Counterstrike cause Im just that badass. Nice warm breezy days to make it all worthwhile. And great movies to end it all.

- I think it should be said that movies are my first love, I am a huge movie buff.Among the 100 on my top are: Peter Pan, Hook, Lord of the RIngs, The Goonies, Stand by me, the mighty ducks 1 & 2, Ghostbusters 1 & 2, little giants, heavyweights, the Burbs, hocus pocus,the lost boys,Back to the future all three, the sandlot, now and then, the halloween tree,three men and a baby, the oustiders, the breakfast club, neverending story,Boys Town, seven brides for seven brothers, west side story, old movies and old musicals mainly, those were when actors had talent, when acting on screen wasn't called "acting" but living in front of a camera, and they are legends. Mickey Rooney, James Cagney, Jimmy Stewart: are just a few of those legends, but you probably dont know who the hell Im talkin about, and to that I say you should go and find out, It's totally worth the 5 minutes outta your day.

Yea I bought mine for 30 at zumiez, Idk if I would've found cheaper anywhere else besides online but I rarely do any online shopping and I really wanted this video. I have a few videos but the prices for most of them are pretty steep, except for the last Black and White, the Mystery vid in which my local shop owner in NC hooked me up with that lol I can sort of understand some video prices like Right Foot Forward and Extremely Sorry bc there's more than just dvds in those boxes, and the boxes are bulky as hell lol but most of them truly make me consider just watching online or downloading them bc as tough as it is to actually make any money doing our regular jobs nowadays and trying to keep roofs over our heads, it makes it that much tougher to support alot of skateboard companys by purchasing product. So if I ever have any extra money, I'll try and purchase a video or maybe a pro deck(although mini logos and bummer high are cheap but great boards lol) but a majority of my cash goes towards me getting my van so idk, Im for online watching and not for it, depends on your financial situation. Either way I contribute as much as I can to help keep legit skateboard companies alive.
I'm sorry to hear about your grandmothers passing, we pretty much used to do the same thing until my grandmother passed a few years ago. Then we started going to my grandfathers and then I started moving around so Its been some pretty random places since about 2006, friends houses and helping out at shelters with my mom and stuff like that. This year it's going to be at my older sisters new apt. so she's pretty stoked about that, as am I but I gotta be at work the following day so that kinda sucks lol working retail on black friday is one of the sketchiest days of a sales associates career haha but its money in the pocket and plenty of good experience so it works, no regrets :)

- Wow, what a crazy ender!! Thank you for sending me that, Ive seen bits and pieces of New Blood, but I enjoyed this part alot! The back lip at 2:33 was nuts, definitely going to try and pick up this video soon! Mickey Taylor seems like a pretty cool dude, I like watching him skate. The long bs crook in Mind Field blew my mind, perfect lock in lol It's all good on the messaging back, people have things to do and places to skate and I understand so it's all good :-) I hope all has been well with you in the last few days. Got any Thanksgiving plans?

- I admit to seeing a little bit of New Blood, not the whole so I'll hold out on rattray's part until you send it to me lol I'm pretty stoked on how quickly the new zero video was completed, considering fallen makes up a good bit of the team but I would imagine that alot of the footage that didn't make Ride The Sky will make it in Strange World. Ehh, I wouldn't be too bummed if I never meet another pro, I'm just glad to be skating period but I think having a session with Gonz would pretty much put a lid on it haha I'd be good for years and years to come. Something to tell my kids in the future haha oh man, that would be awesome to get my kids into skateboarding but I don't think that'll happen anytime soon, I'm trying to let this party train run it's course and then what happens happens haha

- Wow, thank you for the video! John Rattray is pretty much a beast all around, killed it in Feed The Need. Another skater that who pretty sets his feet his in that way is emanual guzman. I would hate to mess up a line as well going as fast as he does lol I haven't ran into any of the skaters who seem to act more celebrity than just themselves but I have heard of such cases. The owner of the skateshop back in my town in NC said one the nicest and most humble dudes he's ever met on a board was Gonz, and I believe him lol I skate the city on occasion hoping I run into him cruising around manhattan or something lol I'd be pretty stoked to meet Koston and Berra! Koston pretty much got into skateboarding after watching Yeah Right and Menikmeti so many times and Berra has just been ripping for so long and always on a humble side, such good style and overall good dude. What they're doing for skateboarding with The Berrics is most definitely a good thing, it connects alot of us and goes beyond the US. Always a good feeling to know that someone enjoi's something just as much as I do but with a same love for it :) Speaking of love.....
I remember when I got this video a about a year it really made me see how much skateboarding means to a person. Alot of heart and commitment go into it after a few years skating and leo's style def. shows it lol kid is sharp with pretty much every trick!

- Thanks for hooking me up with that vid, that dude is very sick and the song is awesome! I wanna see busenitz get s.o.t.y. for real lol dude deserves it! Yea you pretty much grow out of "fanning out" in front pros as you get older, just being chill and talking to them is good enough, you never if you might get invited to hang out or session with them.
This entire video is sick! Gunes Ozdogen killed it in Inhabitants and I thought I might share his Adidas part with ya lol dude rips with serious style!
