About Me: I DON'T skate, but I adore everything about it. I'm a graduate student, bartender, lifeguard/water patrol guard, who is super jealous of anyone who can do anything fancy on a skateboard...super jealous.

Things I have done so far include: flown a plane, white-water rafting, jumped off bridges (into water), slept in the streets in Europe, injured my 12th cranial nerve in a skiing accident, went bareback riding in a forest, hiked an active volcano, learned a second language, learned to play 5 instruments, rode shoulders at concerts, picked starfish off the ocean floor....

Interests: making/listening/discussing music-swimming-studying the human brain-reading- watching skate videos instead of sleeping

Favorite Movies: amelie, evil dead/evil dead 2/army of darkness, forgetting sarah marshall, snatch, waking life, zoolander, burn after reading, pulp fiction, the sandlot, the darjeeling limited

Favorite Music: red hot chili peppers, beastie boys, coconut records, phantom planet, the verve, ac/dc, broken social scene, rage against the machine. bob marley, the arcade fire, blur, queen, mirah. beck, run DMC, the unicorns, the shins
