SHAPES......

I was wondering about this little subject in skateboarding today, what happened to boards that had some shape. I'm not talking about those old crazy ass Zorlac shapes or Hammerheads but like the early 90's boards. The Blind decks from Gonz and Jason Lee, or the Chris Miller G&S abstract dog deck, or the Frankie Hill Bull Dog board, or the Ray Barbie Ragdoll deck. When you fall do you yell so many obscenities it makes peoples faces melt, do you punch your board half way across the parking lot, do you focus your board even though you can't afford a new one, do you blame your shoe's, do you blame your board, do you blame the spot, do you blame what you just ate, do you blame your pants, or in the end do you just do what's right and keep trying till you get it....

DEATH AND SKATEBOARDING.........

It has been 9 years now since I almost lost my life skateboarding. I have been skating since 1984, I started when I was 12 years old and am now 36. On November 16th 1999 I was laying in a pool of my blood with my arm bent backwards, my humerus bone sticking out of the skin, no feeling in my legs, and my artery ripped in half.
