I think around 1/3 of the people on this site were skating when they came out
they are amazing
and super hard to find
but I got some orange/brown ones sucka!

I heard both of these shoes are great! I used to really want them but now I'm getting sucked into hating on nike because I watched a documentary on nike and read some discussions

i really liked them alot! they don't last way long or anything but they're one of the better shoes i've had
Lakai's kick ass but no good for skating..DC's or converse is the way to go

i had a short flow with Globe shoes before my back injury in 2007 and i remember getting 2 pairs of chris haslam's first pro models a month before they hit shops ..those were def my fav pair of shoes i ever skated.
man whatever shoes fit on my feet.... slap them shoes on hop on a board and get out there.... its not like you been skating with some vans and what not then slap on some p rod sb's and now you a pro...
man you must have got a crap pair cuz I had them and they lasted like 3 months and my shoes usually last like 3-4 weeks
