Well, they're my favorite trick, but I try to do the variations of it. I do the normal, fakie, switch, and nollie ones. Plus, I do back bigflips, and fakie 540 bigflip( or bigger flip whatever). It's just a fun trick to do. I just like the feeling...
That's a mean one. I'd bet there's a sick story behind that.
Keep in mind that sloppy habits are natural as well.
The switch heels are pretty easy. Don't worry about those so much. The nollie ones are the ones that will take a while. I still don't have them. :[
