The first one of those are 95a which is not too soft. Most modern wheels are around 99a-101a. Cruiser wheels wheels are really soft @ 78a-80a. The older Powell formula runs a little soft so those 95a's seem like 93a or so.

Here are some more options. Check them out. These are some New Old Stock (NOS) wheels. If I remember right that the wheel face does come out past the axle nut and should work well for you.
