miami oxford campus. cops will drive by when your skating and not even care but some of the store owners will kick you out. most people are ok with you skating there though so its sick. the park there is also pretty sick

chenga 2 in brook park is the shit.
but i would reccomend fairview or rocky river. there's this one church in fairview and it has an 11stair 6stair and a little 5 but its sick
