well i learned em recent and actually learned nollie back heels first. but what i learned is pop, flick FAST and jump high. also spot your landing, the board has a habit of going behind you.

its all in the flick

flick out not down

and jump up and bring your legs up

and you gotta have some gnarly pop to get good ones

all of that is bull
all you need is to find a stop that you can get good pop
and thats a bout it
keep adjusting till you find it once you find it they become lock down no prob

The switch heels are pretty easy. Don't worry about those so much. The nollie ones are the ones that will take a while. I still don't have them. :[

i could do nollie heels and shit beefo nollie flips.....i dont know, just put your back foot in 3/4 of the board and flick and kick:))

its all practice dude

ure not gunna get them down from trick tips. sure they help, but it wont give them to you, its all about how u want to do them, get comfortable and find a position. keep trying new footing postions, and it will come =]

like i first learned mine by putting my front toes in the pocket on the kickflip side where the nose meet body of the board and it kinda dips down. then i put my back foot completely straight closer to the tail. then flick out towards the exact opposite pocket of what i just said so on the heelflip side (duh) and when i see the grip i just caught and landed it.

for me it was all about remembering to pull my front foot back up. When I do that, I stick em.
