i've heard a lot of people call skateboarding a sport....so is it?

It can be whatever you need it to be. You got issues, go skate...BAM that shits healed. It can bring people together. I got off the plane in Az. with my skate on my back pack and 30 minutes later I got 6 new friends and some sick secret spots. It is a way to measure yourself. It is a source of happiness to millions. Yeah its a sport, but it can be so much more at the same time. How did you feel when you landed you first heelflip or how did you feel when you saw Hawk land the first 900? This "sport" moves me like no other. It is a brotherhood of hoods. Its is your best friend and your worst enemy at the same time. Its the reason we run to the park and the reason we cant walk when we leave. It is the best sport I have even been involved in. Well besides surfing.; ▶ Reply to This
