First of all, it's just a matter of preference, so ride with both and see what you like.
The basic differences with high and low trucks are that high trucks let you pop higher, but you lose stability because you are further from the ground. Low trucks give you less height (not that much) but faster spinning tricks and more stability.
This having been said, there is no right or wrong answer, you just have to see for yourself. I'm sure there are some more differneces in weight and size but none that really change what I just mentioned.
Lows are typically street skating trucks and highs are for bowl riding and vert stuff. I ride lows, and so does everyone else I know. This doesnt mean you should though. Chris cole rides somethin like an 8.5 deck and high trucks, but hes one of the best skaters in history. they are both good, and its up to you to find which one you like.
i skate indy 129 highs..there dope. i like to pop...tha short trucks let u flip faster...but if u pop high enough it dont matter how fast you flip it when u got time..id rather have high slow flippin tricks then low to the ground fastflippers ya dig...thats just me
So what trucks do you think I would ride?: I skate lots of sets and ledges. Mostly street but parks occasionally (maybe once a week). 7.75 deck/50 wheels. I like super clean and smooth tricks. Idk which. Im super confused.
