Hi vs. Low trucks. whats the difference?

which is better? what are the benefits of each?

The basic differences with high and low trucks are that high trucks let you pop higher, but you lose stability because you are further from the ground. Low trucks give you less height (not that much) but faster spinning tricks and more stability.

This having been said, there is no right or wrong answer, you just have to see for yourself. I'm sure there are some more differneces in weight and size but none that really change what I just mentioned.

Lows are typically street skating trucks and highs are for bowl riding and vert stuff. I ride lows, and so does everyone else I know. This doesnt mean you should though. Chris cole rides somethin like an 8.5 deck and high trucks, but hes one of the best skaters in history. they are both good, and its up to you to find which one you like.; ▶ Reply to This
